Help the Helpers – online wellbeing session

Free mental health and wellebing support specifically for employees and volunteers from the voluntary, community and social enterrpise sector.

Connecting with other people is important for your health and wellbeing. Peer to peer wellbeing groups provide a space to build strong and close relationships, an opportunity to share experiences, gain and offer support, get things off your chest as well as many other positives.

Help the Helpers run different types of peer to peer wellbeing groups; ones that bring people together with shared experiences, and these experiences can vary.

This service is supported by a Public Health Wellbeing Counsellor who is employed by Derbyshire County Council, it is therefore at no cost to you or your organisation.

If you would like to find out more please Dr Melanie Hani by email

If you find that the group/session is full then please contact Dr Hani as further sessions may become available where there is a need. Places will be filled on a first come first served basis.
