How to? Apply the Five Ways to Well-being small grant scheme!

This scheme is about increasing the understanding of the ‘Five Ways to Wellbeing’ by people in the Derbyshire Dales who are at a higher risk of developing mental ill health.

The ‘Five Ways to Wellbeing’ are a recommended set of evidence-based public health messages which are aimed at improving the mental health and wellbeing of the population.

The ‘Five Ways’ are:

  • Connect; Be Active; Take Notice; Keep Learning; Give.

The Zoom talk with DDCVS staff will take you through the application form and guidelines for the scheme. And there will be a chance to ask questions.
