Update from DDCVS

This week we have our regular Zoom Coffee Morning on Thursday at 10.30 with speakers from the BBC Children in Need grant-scheme and our own Rachel Metcalfe introducing the Community Voice project, which is a new strand of work

We also have Sue Heyes from the Severn Trent Community Fund giving a talk on Zoom on Friday 12th February at 10.30.

If you would like the Zoom links for either of the above please contact us at CVS via email enquiries@ddcvs.org.uk or telephone Jonathan on 07887 577165.

Our Social Prescribing service – New Connections – continues as usual and we are looking to set up a Walking Befriending Service in the future. If you are interested in hearing more about this, or perhaps would like to volunteer as a Walker Befriender please contact Debbie on 07483 126823.

The small grant schemes that we administer at the CVS are open for applications and we have updated the latest Grants Information which you can download as a PDF or read online: –
