Connex Operations Manager – Dales

A fantastic job opportunity with local voluntary organisation and registered charity – Connex Community Support. Salary £30,095 FTE x 28 hours = £22,775

As Operations Manager you will oversee the work Connex provides in the Derbyshire Dales, based around the Readycall Macmillan service which supports people affected by cancer, alongside Home from Hospital, Transport and digital inclusion projects – all of which are delivered through the support of volunteers.

You must have experience of both managing service operations and staff, have excellent communication skills and the ability to organise a varied workload.

Most of the work time will be spent with the teams in our Ashbourne and Bakewell offices but there is also flexibility for some remote working.
