Easy and effective exercise for all.
If the Covid-19 Pandemic has taught us anything it is the very real value of exercise. However, it is often difficult to find a type of exercise which suits us. Cycling is great, but quite expensive and doesn’t suit everybody, and not everyone likes going to a gym.
There is an alternative – Nordic Walking, an exercise model of proven effectiveness. It can improve aerobic fitness, strength, agility, co-ordination and balance in one easy method. No special clothing or special shoes needed!
New sessions are now held in Bakewell on Tuesdays at 4.30pm. Taster sessions are free then just £4 per session.
The sessions are suitable for all ages and all abilities; even anyone with mobility issues can take part.
